Sheila and Karen are a mother/daughter team with over 40 years of combined real estate experience, predominately specializing in Calgary Real Estate. Our team have over 80 years of combined Real Estate experience!

Sheila worked with her RE/MAX Agent husband for over 10 years as his office manager/administrative assistant before she was offered the job as RE/MAX Realty Professionals Office Manager/Head Accountant, which she held for over 16 years. Karen then stepped in to take her place at her Dad’s side when Sheila decided to accept the position.

In 2013 Sheila and Karen sat down and hatched a wonderful plan, thus You Get Real was created.

Sheila brings a wealth of knowledge to this team, as not only as an assistant, but as an administrator and accountant for multiple companies. She has happily worked with hundreds of realtors, making sure that they have what they need in their travels throughout the brokerage. Sheila is a genuinely kind and upbeat person who has a knack for making people feel welcome and keeping them informed. Very efficient and organized, Sheila Good brings a great deal of professionalism and experience to this new endeavor.

Since Karen started as a full time in office assistant to her Dad over eleven years ago, she has taken on the role of wife and mother. She has worked for over 20 realtors on a part-time basis within the last 17 years, the past 11 years from home successfully as a virtual assistant. Karen offers a wide knowledge of technically advanced real estate processes and procedures.
